Love homemade Greek salad?
2 large ripe tomatoes • ½ cucumber, sliced into 1cm pieces • ½ finely sliced
• green bell pepper •1 finely sliced small red onion • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil •100g feta cheese • Kalamata olives • A pinch of salt • Dried oregano
Let’s do it
Wash and dry the vegetables. Slice the tomatoes and place them in a large salad bowl. Add the cucumber, the onion, the green pepper and some salt.
Pour the ¼ of a cup of olive oil in the salad and mix.
Add the feta cheese on top of the salad, either as one slice or crumbled. Sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano and add some Kalamata olives.
You may also add some vinegar and capers.
