I was born in Greece on a sunny day of June a few years ago. I'm always in a curly look and never in the right order (mix match neurons).

I believe that love is the best investment of all, art is a synonym of freedom and laughter is the apotheosis of our species. What are we? Homo sapiens or

Homo erectus? Can't remember!

If I had a genie and one wish only, I would like to wake up in ancient Athens walking around Pnyka in the company of Socrates.

But waking up to today, I love hanging around in this vibrating city with my amazingly crazy friends and spending my time in the kitchen, blending fresh ingredients together.

This ebook was written during a summer well spent in Portoheli together with friends swimming, cooking, laughing and voting on the best recipe.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the whole process!
